Welcoming the New Year & Reflecting on 2020

2020 brought on expected and unexpected challenges for us.  Personally, the expected challenge for Denise Couling and I was the opening of Banfield Couling Law and Mediation, PLLC. Little did we know, less than two months after our collaboration, the pandemic would strike our nation. As a firm with over 50 years of combined legal service, we were able to navigate the pandemic and continue to offer our clients innovative ways to resolve their legal disputes all the while providing them the same level of care and dedication, we were known to provide our clients.

Neither of us expected we would face a pandemic our first year as a firm, but despite this hurdle, we adapted and remained committed to offer our clients personalized attention and innovative solutions. Despite the obstacles the pandemic brought us, at the end of our first year we were honored by being voted “Best of Livingston County 2020”. We could not be more pleased of the growth and success we accomplished our first year. In 2021, we pledge to remain committed to offer comprehensive, efficient, and personalized care to our clients.
